How to make air fryer cranberry Brie bites

This perfect appetizer is so easy to make. To begin, cube the cheese into pieces. Gently press a brie piece into the cup with a spoon or using your fingers. I used about half of a wheel of brie cheese, about four ounces. Cut a bite size piece for each cup, which is about 1-inch cubes.  Once the cups have been lined with cheese, top the brie with cranberry sauce. I used about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on each piece.  Place the cups in the air fryer basket or on a small baking sheet. Air Fry at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending your air air fryer size and wattage. I only put mine in for 3 minutes and they were perfect. If they aren’t warm, add an additional 1-2 minutes.  Click Here to Get the Top Ten Air Fryer Questions Answered Baked brie tastes best if served warm. You can sprinkle brown sugar on top before cooking, or add a teaspoon of brown sugar to the cranberry sauce before baking. For an extra splash of seasonal colors for a festive appetizer, garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Do I need to remove the rind off of brie?

You can remove rind off brie before baking. The brie rind is totally edible, but to get the perfect appetizer with creamy brie, I cut it of first.

What do I do if I can’t find the phyllo cups?

Cut a puff pastry sheet into squares, and then make a puff pastry cup. You can also use crescent roll sheets, or canned dough, cut into squares, to wrap around the filling.

Do I need to prep the basket?

You can use air fryer parchment paper, or non-stick spray. I did not use either, and they did not stick to the basket, so it’s not necessary.  MORE AIR FRYER AMAZING HOLIDAY RECIPES:
