Chai spice is so easy to make at home, and it tastes so fresh and warm! I absolutely love having this spice blend on hand. It is great for baking fall treats and adding to your tea or your morning oatmeal. Chai spice doesn’t actually have any chai leaves in it. It is a blend of spices like cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. A lot of people don’t know that it’s really easy to make at home! If you have only had chai spice in your coffee, you’re going to love how versatile this spice blend is! It’s similar to a pumpkin pie spice because it has all the warm spices that go great in pumpkin pie or apple cobbler. It has white pepper which gives it a little heat that feels great in a warm tea or chai latte.
